I am trying desperately to undergo top surgery. I identify as a trans man and while I work very hard at two jobs, I have been trying to help family with financial trouble.I was born female-bodied but identify as a male and have taken steps to physically transition and present as male. I wasn’t born with a mental disability, I was simply born with a physical one. :)
